By using the Sonic Tees website or submitting a quote request, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Sonic Tees provides custom decorated apparel including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, hats, polos, and workwear. All orders are subject to availability, artwork approval, and payment confirmation before production begins.

Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order. A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on confirmed quantities, garment selection, decoration method, and artwork complexity. We will confirm all details before any charges are made.

Artwork and Design

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or designs you submit for printing do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the right to use and reproduce that artwork. Sonic Tees is not liable for any claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Order Approval

All orders require your approval of a digital proof before production begins. Once a proof is approved, changes may not be possible. Sonic Tees is not responsible for errors in an order that were present in an approved proof.

Turnaround and Delivery

Estimated turnaround times begin after proof approval and payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sonic Tees is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Reprints

Because all orders are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. If your order contains a production error on our part, we will reprint or refund at our discretion. Claims for defective orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of your order. We reserve the right to require full or partial payment before production begins.

Limitation of Liability

Sonic Tees' total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
